It's that time of the year again, where all I want to do is pretend I'm in the Northern Hemisphere and curl up with a mulled wine, watching Love Actually, on repeat. Everyone needs at least one go-to chocolate cake in their repertoire, and this one fits the bill for more of an ‘everyday’ sort of choccy cake, in my books.
